Building Collective Power
Education Leaders of Color cultivates and leverages the power of its membership Network to ensure young people of color have opportunities to build generational wealth and succeed in life.
High-quality education is key to economic advancement for communities of color, but its impact is only possible when we address the overlapping inequities that stifle our collective progress. At EdLoC, we know that we can only truly dismantle the barriers to academic and economic advancement our communities face through multifaceted, multiracial, and multi-sector approaches.
