Stephanie Parra

CEO, ALL In Education

Stephanie Parra is the CEO of ALL In Education, an organization that aims to ensure that the communities most impacted by education inequities are the ones making decisions for ALL students. Established to close the representation gap in the state’s education policy and decision-making bodies, ALL In Education aims to increase the number of Latino leaders across classrooms and boardrooms.

Stephanie is the proud daughter of Mexican immigrants and a first-generation American originally from Yuma, Arizona. As one of the first in her family to attend college, Parra saw first-hand the transformational opportunity of education and the wonders it can do to develop a child’s life and future. She holds a Bachelor’s in Justice Studies and Psychology, and a Master’s in Higher and Postsecondary Education. Stephanie is passionate about ensuring every student in Arizona receives an excellent education and is adequately prepared to succeed in college, career, and life. Her passion for education led her to past roles at Teach For America, Arizona State University and the Arizona Education Association. Parra has served as a Governing Board Member of the Phoenix Union High School District, representing Ward 3 for nearly 10 years. Stephanie also serves on the board of directors for the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO) and was named a 2023 Aspen Ascend Fellow.

Stephanie is currently pursuing her Doctoral degree from Arizona State University in Education Leadership and Innovation. She has received recognitions such as the 2024. Woman of the Year by the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and was named one of the Phoenix Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2023.
