Angela Harvey-Bowen
Executive Director, 4th Dimension Leaders

Overview:

4th-Dimension Leaders (4DL), founded in 2019, sets the stage for school transformation at the school leader level. Through a robust offering of training and development programs specific to aspiring school leaders of high-need schools, sitting leaders of high-need schools who need real-time support on the ground, and burgeoning leaders of equity work, we provide the foundation for transformation in schools with the greatest need and stimulate accelerated growth in schools that have benefited from some level of consistency in their environments. The Equity Practitioner Program (EPP) seeks to equip educators at every level of organization with the knowledge, skills, abilities, and resources to successfully lead equity efforts at the school and community levels. Our express goal is to build internal capacity for schools to lead and sustain their own equity work.
